Broadland Growth Ltd is a partnership between Broadland District Council and NPS Property Consultants Limited – which is part of the Norse Group owned by Norfolk County Council.
Our ethos is to marry high environmental standards with quality living so that our developments benefit the local community. We seek to adopt sustainable and renewable solutions. Whether that means building to Passivhaus requirements, as at our first development Carrowbreck Meadow, or the installation of air source heat pumps and underfloor heating at the 22 new homes at the Rosebery Road development in Great Plumstead.
